Here I have prepared and presented my understanding of the process of Market Analysis. When asked my opinion on what comes to mind when thinking about the Marketing Analysis, I think of the four categories I have placed in the graphic below: customers, competitors, marketing environment, and marketing strategy. Even though these are very basic, they expand into detail when really looked at in a deep aspect. To me these four categories sum up what the Marketing Analysis is all about.
Below I have developed a Marketing Strategy model that suggests a path that companies can take to ensure their product or service will be successful within a particular market.
